Note: Therapists are not Omnia Therapy employees, but independent providers.
Minimum Level 4 qualification with over 100 client hours experience.
Membership and accreditation from a professional organisation to provide therapy (e.g. BACP, NCS, HCPC, BPS, or similar credentials).
Experience with counselling adults and/or young people.
A private environment for conducting sessions.
Excellent written communication.
Must have professional liability insurance.
Must pass a background check.
Reliable Internet connection.
Currently residing in the UK.

Scale A
Trainee therapist
Trainees on placement will not receive an hourly rate.
You will be required to complete your supervision through the OT platform.
Trainees looking to complete their placement hours that have received their 'Fitness to Practice' certificate.
Scale B
New therapist
£35 per hour* Access to monthly group supervision.
Access to reduced rate 1-2-1 in-house supervision.
Level 4+ with 100+ hours and continuing with CPD.
Scale C
Intermediate
£40 per hour* Access to monthly group supervision.
This can be topped up with an external 1-2-1 supervisor. Or receive a reduced rate of £50 for in-house.
Level 4+ with 500+ hours and 2 years’ experience and a CPD portfolio.
Scale D
Experienced / Highly specialized
£60 per hour* Access to monthly group supervision.
Access to reduced rate 1-2-1 in-house supervision.
Post graduate with expertise and experience in a specific field.
Scale E
Professional Coaching / Supervision
£80 per hour* Access to monthly group supervision.
Access to reduced rate 1-2-1 in-house supervision.

This could be as result of long waiting lists or affordability or simply squeezing in time for sessions people from getting the support necessary.
