You can choose to have your session via audio or video at the scheduled time for 50 mins. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, this will be classed as a missed session. In between your sessions, there is a chat function if you need to rearrange your session or require one sooner than expected.

However, this chat function is not to be used in an emergency. If you find yourself in an emergency situation, please view our emergency contact list.

If you find that you are struggling to connect with your therapist, you can get in touch so that you can be sent the details of another therapist.

Price ranges start from £10 per session, we offer a wide range of experience within our community to make the service obtainable to all. The £10 session are there to make this service accessible to all.  If you can afford to pay more than this per session, we kindly ask that you do so that people who do need the £10 sessions are able to access them.

In order to get the best out of therapy we would prefer clients to have weekly sessions to begin with. However, if affordability is an issue, we are happy for you to have as many sessions as often as you require them. If you can only afford one a month that is fine or if you require twice a week that is also fine.  Our therapists will work to meet your needs.

We’ll be sorry to see you go, however we hope you have found  Omnia Therapy   to be a caring safe space and have had your questions answered. To delete your account and data please log in to your  Omnia Therapy   profile and go to Profile > Settings > Account Data, you then opt for the “Delete account” button. Once you have deleted your account you will be sent one final email confirming this has taken place and all data has been erased from our encrypted servers.
